Lavanya began her career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey and Company in Mumbai, where she specialized in strategy and turnaround projects. Lavanya later went on to work in the CEO’s office at The Hindu, one of India’s leading newspapers, where she worked on multiple strategic initiatives, including supporting and building two in-house ventures. Currently, she is an Investor at InHealth Ventures where she has co-led the investment process in digital health start-ups across diagnostics, consumer health, behavioural health and health IT infrastructure. Lavanya holds an MBA from London Business School and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi
